Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape horizontal. Wear your preferred undergarments.

Find your natural waistline, usually the smallest part of your torso, just above your navel.

Measure around the fullest part of your hips and rear, ensuring the tape is level across both hip bones.

Measure from the center of your collarbone (hollow) straight down to the floor, wearing the shoes you'll wear with the gown.
